Coconut Bay Resort Disclaimer

• Rates subject to 11.5% sales and tourism tax.
   
• We require one night’s deposit to confirm any stay less than seven days.  For a stay of seven days or more, we require a minimum of a two night deposit.  Groups and holiday stays require a 50% deposit.
   
• Daily room rates are accepted on the basis of the contracted arrival and departure dates and bill are prepared accordingly with all guests required to pay the balance of the stay at check-n by cash or valid credit card.  No refunds will be given for an early departure.
   
• Any changes upon arrival resulting in a decrease of stayed nights will result in a 50% room rate charge.
   
• Daily room rates are based on double occupancy.  Each additional adult in the room will cost $15.00 plus tax per night.
   
• We reserve the right to limit the number of guests in each accommodation at the time of reservation. Any changes must be conformed prior to arrival.
   
• If you need to cancel a reservation, please do so 14 days prior to your date of arrival, 30 days prior for groups, holidays and special events.
   
• We do not refund monies for inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control.
   
• A minimum $25.00 cancellation fee per room will be charges for any cancellation or change of dates that are prior to 14 days or more from arrival.
   
• Special seasonal rates/deposits are imposed for weekends, holidays, and special events.
   
• Up to a seven night minimum stay may be required during certain seasonal times/events.
   
• All rooms are smoke free.  You are permitted to smoke anywhere else on the grounds, but you are asked to refrain from smoking inside the rooms.
   
• Resort facilities are for registered guests only.  Visitors must register at the office.
• Check in 3 p.m. Check out 11 a.m.
   
• We accept pets in specific non-waterfront accommodations and by reservation only. There is a pet fee, dependent on the weight and size of your pet.
      Up to 20# - $15.00 each
      20-50 #    - $20.00 each
      More than 50# - $25.00 each
   
• Sorry, we do not allow personal watercraft (i.e. Waverunners and jet skis).
   
• Due to limited trailer parking, boats must be mentioned at time of reservation.
